      Medical Publications on the Web

There is an expansive number of Medical and medically - related journals on the World Wide Web. I have located several sites and provided links to those that in turn offered avenues for accessing many journals. The aim is that of providing a means of easily finding journals and articles that are both informative and innovative in content. I will be adding more as time allows me to locate those containing sources of information deemed important, or as I receive requests to provide specific Journals.

The intent of this site is to provide access to informative Medical Publications for the purpose of student enrichment and exploration. The subject matter contained in the publications may not reflect the specific content of a particular course, and is not intended to be substituted for lecture content; nor can I guarantee that a particular link is active.

WebDoctor Journals: The WebDoctor site provides links to on-line medical journals that provide full-text article. Included are links to The New England Journal of Medicine and The Journals of the American Medical Association.

WebMedLit: This site currently tracks 22 medical journals and offers the very latest medical literature available on several topics such as AIDS, Cancer, Dermatology, and Women's Health. There are also links to other journals of medicine.

Medical (interdisciplinary) and Family Medicine Journals: A site that provides links to well over 100 journals of medicine, both national and international.

CERU:Clinical Economics Research Unit, Georgetown University provides a site containing links to several major Medical Research journals.

MedWeb: A web site of Emory University offering access to many medical and medically - related journals, abstracts, and newsletters, as well as notice of current researc scheduled for publication.
